Tatsumi Kiyosu - 清洲タツミ

Tatsumi is the younger brother of Ryuuji Kiyosu and part of his own family of five. He was born three years after Ryuuji and three years before his younger sister Miyu Kiyosu. He is the driver of Shinkalion N700A Nozomi. Compared to his older brother, Tatsumi is far more headstrong and impulsive, often overlooking certain details and prone to foolish behavior, usually resulting in him getting scolded by Ryuuji. Despite this, he shares his brother's interest in karate and his dedication towards his family, meaning that they usually get along fine despite a few disagreements. He is also far more open and casual to the other drivers, a stark contrast to Ryuuji's initially stoic and secluded social image.
