Melvin Weins - メルヴィン・ウェインズ

__Height:__ 185 cm A magus belonging to the Department of Creation at the Clock Tower—the headquarters of the Mage's Association—he hails from a prestigious lineage as a member of a branch family of the Trambelio, one of the Three Great Noble Houses. He is a (self-proclaimed) close friend of Lord El-Melloi II and one of the few people who still calls him "Waver." He has been physically frail since birth and frequently coughs up blood. This is no mere gag; his constitution is such that he would struggle to survive even a single day without magical blood-replenishing agents. He is around thirty years old at the time of the *Case Files* story. As a member of a branch family of one of the Three Great Noble Houses, he is immensely wealthy—a man of significant means even in the ordinary world. His background as a sickly scion of a prestigious family has fostered a mindset that is decidedly hedonistic and focused on the immediate moment.
