Thatcher - サッチャー
(USS Thatcher)
About
Her idle and defeat dialogue about Spence and her overall prankster personality comes from the Battle of Empress Augusta Bay, where she side-swiped Spence and proceeded to fire at least five salvos directly over her, causing quite the fright aboard Spence.
