Noro - ノロ
(Noroi)
About
He is one of the direct subordinates of the King of an Eye and one of the leaders of the Aogiri Tree, next to Tatara. In the past he was called Noroi and was responsible for raising Eto, when Kuzen surrendered in District 24. He is a giant who intimidates with an overwhelming silence, seems to communicate only through actions, not words.
