Keikou Kou - 黄景行
About
An outstanding military officer and [Reirin's](https://anilist.co/character/297195) eldest brother. According to [Keigetsu](https://anilist.co/character/297196), he’s the more ‘muscle-brained’ one, and a complete fool for his little sister.
