Rouji Chante - ロウジ・チャンテ
About
A first-year mechanic in the Burion House. He belongs to the Dueling Committee. He is familiar with mobile crafts and other mecha, and always carries his own modified Haro. In stark contrast to Cecelia—who resides in the same Brion Dorm—he is exceptionally quiet and shows very little emotional range. He is utterly indifferent toward anything that fails to capture his interest; combined with hiss reserved nature, he is so unobtrusive that, even when present, he might as well be part of the background. That said, he diligently carries out his duties for the "Duel Committee" and provide highly accurate analyses. He is a serious person who truly embodies the principle of "actions speak louder than words."
