Suou Yobitsugi - 呼続スオウ

He lost his parents when he was young in a train accident, and he was present when this happened. As a result, he has shut off his emotions and developed amnesia about the event as a way to protect himself, and he can seemingly only remember the incident in fragments. He now lives with his uncle.
