Takao - 高尾

Takao is a high school student as well as a schoolmate and friend of Senpai, with whom he formed a trio alongside Hino. As the story progress - albeit not as consistently as Senpai - he began to occasionally hang-out with Nagatoro's clique, especially Sakura.
