About
A mysterious prairie dog who manipulates the Student Council. He was picked up by [Domeki](https://anilist.co/character/362381/Sutoreito-Domeki) after being abandoned—or so it seems—inside an orange crate. His favorite food is oranges. He spouts phrases like "CAN CAN YOU CAN"—much like a certain former president.
