Kojirou - コジロウ

Kojirou is a member of the Rocket Gang, more specifically part of a trio with Musashi and Nyarth, that follows Satoshi and his friends around in the Pocket Monsters anime, usually trying to steal Satoshi's Pikachu. (Source: Bulbapedia)
